How can I come from the Cruise?

You have 3 ways to come to our Ebike Shop:

  • Walkabout 30 min Click here to see the itinerary from the cruise to our starting point.
  • Take a taxi: the receptionist of the cruise can call one if you don't see any waiting at your arrival point. Phone number: +34.952.04.04.04
  • Shuttle bus: ask your cruise company. Some of them organize shuttle buses for their clients. They stop almost in front of our shop.
How can I come from the Airport?

The 2 best ways to come to our Ebike Shop are:

  • Take a taxi at the airport exit doors.
  • Take the Cercania train towards Málaga until the last station called Malaga Centro Alameda. You can purchase your ticket before entering the train station. The train station is located at the airport's exit, and the journey takes approximately 12 minutes.
Do you provide safety equipment like helmets and locks?

All rentals and tours includes:

  • Helmet - mandatory under 16 years old.
  • When requested in advance: baby seat - free
  • Baby helmet - mandatory, free
  • Locks - rentals only
Do you have baby seats?

Yes, when requested in advance we can provide baby seat and baby helmet for free.

What is your cancellation and refund policy for tours and rentals?

Once booked on our website, the deposit is not refundable - twenty percent of the total price. In case of rain only, the deposit is fully refunded.

If you booked via another platform - Get Your Guide, Trip Advisor etc.., you must get in touch with them directly to see their refund condition.

What language is spoken at your shop and for tours?

We speak Spanish and English. Depending on the season, we may have tour leaders speaking other languages but we can not guarantee it.

If you require a tour leader who speaks your language, an additional fee will be applied to the total cost of the tour.

What happens if my bike gets a flat tyre?

If you are in Málaga city center and during our opening hours only, call us at +34.952.22.11.56 to get assistance.

We do not provide assistance if you are out of Malaga capital.

Do you offer test rides for electric bikes?

Absolutely, we offer test rides for ebikes in our shop. We provide a quick trial option where you can test our electric bikes in-store. We have various models available for rental, allowing you to experience the electric bikes briefly.

For those who prefer a real test ride experience, you can simply click here to rent the specific e-bike you're interested in. We refund the rental fee when you purchase the e-bike, with a maximum rental fee refund of one day. This ensures you have the opportunity to thoroughly test the bike of your choice before making a decision, providing you with confidence in your purchase.

Can I purchase e-bikes online, or do I need to visit your physical store?

You have the option to purchase e-bikes online through our website. We offer delivery services within the entire Spain peninsula. Please note that we do not provide delivery services outside of the Spain peninsula.

Once you've made your selection and completed your purchase, you can choose from two delivery options:

  • Home delivery: If you opt for home delivery, your e-bike will be shipped to your specified address. It typically takes approximately 7 days for the e-bike to arrive after the payment is confirmed.
  • In-Store delivery: Alternatively, you can choose to collect your e-bike in person at our shop located in Ebike Malaga, at Calle Casas de Campos, 2, 29001 Malaga. We call you as soon as we receive the ebike at our shop, and our mechanic assembles and tests it - Free of charge.

What is the warranty and maintenance policy for e-bikes bought from your shop?

Ebike rental questions

How do I rent an electric bike from your service?

To rent an electric bike from our service, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the provided link here: ebikemalaga.es/alquiler-bicicletas-electricas
  2. Click on the Book Now button of the model you wish to rent.
  3. Select your preferred rental dates.
  4. Specify the number of bikes you want to rent - you will have the option to add different models later in the process.
  5. Follow the instructions to pay the required deposit online.

Please note that all bookings must be made online through our website using the provided link. This process will allow you to reserve your electric bike rental conveniently and securely.

How much is the rental cost and what is included?

All rentals include:

  • Helmet - mandatory under 16 years old
  • Lock
  • When requested in advance: baby seat - free
  • Baby helmet - mandatory, free
  • If rented overnight: battery charger

Do I need to make a reservation in advance, or can I rent on the spot?

It is highly recommended to make a reservation in advance if you want to rent an e-bike. While same-day rentals can be made at the shop, there is no guarantee that we will have available bikes, so reserving online ahead of time is the safer option if you want to ensure you can get an electric bike when you need it.

What is the rental duration, and are there hourly, daily, or weekly rates?

The rental duration is a minimum of one day, and there are no hourly rates. The price decreases with the number of days rented, and the specific rates depend on the model. You can check all prices by clicking here.

What happens if the electric bike gets damaged during my rental period?

If the e-bike gets damaged during your rental, you are responsible for covering the repair or replacement cost at the current market price.

Are there any age or license requirements for renting electric bikes?

You must be 18 years old and provide a valid ID with a picture.

Can I return the electric bike to a different location than where I rented it?

No, ebikes must be returned at our shop, Ebike Málaga, Calle Casas de Campos, 2, 29001 Málaga.

Electric bike tour questions

What guided e-bike tours do you offer in Malaga?

We have 3 different e-bike tours - 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours. The two first hours are similar, after 2 hours, the longer the tour, the further we ride by the coast.

You must be a minimum of 4 participants for the 3 hours and 4 hours tours. Click here to have more details about the tours - prices, itineraries, availabilities.

We also offer a package tour plus rental - click here. You start with the 2h bike tour and keep your ebike for the rest of the day.

I am traveling alone, can I book a tour?

Yes. However, you need to contact us click here - and give us the date you are interested in doing a tour. We will book you a spot with an existing group.

Do you offer tours for different skill levels, including beginners?

You must know how to ride a bike.

We highly discourage you from participating in an ebike tour if you are pregnant or have any health issues. The customer is responsible in case of injuries.
