Of Málaga
Today we are here to talk to you about the best terraces in Malaga capital. A very fashionable plan to spend afternoons and evenings with friends, family or partner with a view and an unbeatable atmosphere.
1. The Alcazaba Terrace
This is the chill-out terrace on the top floor of the Hostel Alcazaba Premium. Can you guess what is in front of it? Surely you are not wrong. From this terrace, you have a fabulous view of the Alcazaba of Malaga, the Roman Theatre and the Gibralfaro Castle. Basically, the best thing about this terrace is that it is so close to the Alcazaba that it feels like you are touching it. It is wonderful to have the Alcazaba without buildings in the way.
La Terraza de la Alcazaba specializes in cocktails. To give you an idea of prices, a good cocktail costs about 7-8 euros. A beer costs between 2.50 and 3.80 euros and a glass of wine can be found from 3 euros. There is also a food menu at the Batik Restaurant on the rooftop.
2. La Terraza de Larios at the Room Mate Hotel
La Terraza de Larios is a lounge terrace located on the top floor of the Hotel Room Mate Larios, in the heart of Malaga. If there is a street that is the heart of Malaga there is no doubt that is Calle Larios. And here we have one of the best roof terraces in Malaga, very cool and with a lot of atmospheres. The views from this terrace are mainly to the Cathedral, the rooftops of the houses in the centre of Malaga and the Castle of Gibralfaro. A marvel!
3. The RoofTop terrace of the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio
It is probably the most famous rooftop in Malaga and one of the most exclusive. It is located very close to the previous one I mentioned. The RoofTop terrace is on the top floor of the Hotel AC Malaga Palacio and is the highest roof terrace in the centre of Malaga. Nothing more and nothing less than on the 15th floor. From here you have a great view of Pier One and the marina. And best of all, the terrace has a full 360º view of the entire city. Besides being able to enjoy drinks and cocktails it also has a restaurant service.
4. The Top of the Hotel Molina Larios
Taking the elevator and going up to the 8th floor of the Hotel Molina Larios we are very close to touching the sky. Specifically in the pool lounge of Molina Larios, a rooftop Malaga collected that enjoys wonderful views of the most iconic places in Malaga. There you can enjoy as only you know a good drink with the best views of the capital of the Costa del Sol. This rooftop also has tapas service in case you get hungry between so many views. The price of a beer ranges from 3.50 to 4 euros. And the cocktail is about 8 or 9 euros.
5. The terrace of Chinitas Urban Hostel
From this terrace, you will have the feeling of touching the Cathedral of Malaga. It is one of the most beautiful terraces in Malaga located in an alley just in front of the Plaza de la Constitución, in the centre. The terrace has two floors for snacks and drinks with the best views of the Manquita. The relaxation and enjoyment of this terrace are assured. You can find it on the top floor of Chinitas Urban Hostel.
6. The San Juan Terrace of the Malaga Premium Hotel
This is another new and modern terrace in Malaga to continue enjoying the skyline of the city as we like so much. It is located on the rooftop of the Premium Hotel located on Calle de San Juan. It has great views of the Cathedral Tower and the rooftops of the city centre. A safe bet in the centre of Malaga and, best of all, it is usually not as crowded as the previous ones because (for now) it is not so famous.
These are the 6 terraces that, from our point of view, are the most attractive in our city today. Enjoy them!
